摘  要:目前,由于校企合作意识不强、观念落后、目标利益不一致、高职院校服务企业能力不强以及受政策环境制约等原因,导致校"热"企"冷"现象突出,企业参与动力不足。构建校企双方共同的利益驱动机制,建立校企合作长效机制,应充分发挥政府主导作用,深化校企合作办学体制机制改革,企业积极参与高职院校人才培养全过程,以形成"共建、共享、共赢、共长"的新机制。Due to the weak cooperation awareness, backward concept and inconsistent target interests between vocational colleges and en- terprises; the weak service capability of vocational colleges; and the limitation of the policy environment, the phenomenon of "positive" col- leges and "negative" enterprises is prominent, and the enterprisese participation passion are less motivated. In order to build a common interest driving mechanism and a long-term school-enterprlse cooperation mechanism, the government should give full play to its leading role; vocational colleges should deepen institutional reforms in school-enterprlse schooling cooperation; enterprises should actively take part in the whole process of talent training to form a new mechanism constructed and shared by the two sides that brings about win-win outcomes and facilitates file mutual development.
