摘　　要：我国高等教育已经进入以提高质量为核心的内涵式发展新阶段。结合学校发展实际,以提高质量为主线,提出了"稳规模、优结构、强特色、重创新"的发展战略,明确了以素质教育为深化本科教学改革的指导思想,以专业教育为本科人才培养目标的定位,以拔尖学生培养为本科人才培养模式创新的突破口,文章还就提高质量的具体举措进行了探讨。Nowadays, higher education in China has been in a new stage of quality-centered connotative development. Based upon the actual development of the school, maintaining the quality improvement, this article has put up school de- velopment strategy as stabling size, optimizing the structure, consolidating the characteristic, focusing on innovation, put forward clearly the quality education as the guiding ideology of deepen undergraduate teaching reform, aiming at profession- al education, as well as the talents＇ cultivation as breakthrough of undergraduate training mode. This article has also probed the tip for quality improvement.
