高校普通话课教师专业能力的探索与思考

摘　　要：提高普通话课的教学质量就必须要提高任课教师的专业能力。高校普通话课教师的专业能力主要体现在专业教学能力和专业研究能力。教师不仅要有扎实的基本功,还要能因材施教、运用不同方法来改进教学质量;教师应该具备较强的综合素质,同时还应该具备深厚的专业理论功底和对方言初步研究的能力。因此,普通话课教师必须清醒认识面临的问题,不断加强实践,开阔视野,从而使普通话课成为有效提高学生普通话水平的途径。To improve the quality of mandarin teaching, it is necessary to improve the professional competence of teachers. Mandarin teachers in colleges need to possess both the ability of teaching and research. So teachers should know the problems in a conscious manner and take proper countermeasures to make classroom teaching of mandarin an effective means of improving the students＇ level of mandarin.
