摘　　要：乳腺外科实习是临床教学过程中的一个难点,基于对患者隐私的考虑,临床工作中,乳腺外科实习过程,往往是在模拟人身上进行。这既不利于学生临床技能的掌握,也不利于培养学生与患者的沟通能力和沟通技巧。标准化病人(SP)能够准确的表现患者的病史、症状和体征,具有被检查者、评估者及指导者三者统一的能力,在乳腺外科实践教学中,SP的应用,在一定程度上解决了上述问题。The clinical practice of breast surgery is a difficult point in clinical teaching process. Based on the private of the patients, in clinical practice, students usually make it by dummy man, which is neither detrimental for the grasping of clinical skills, and nor detrimental for improving the students＇ communication and skill ability with the patients. The standardized patients （SP） , as the person being checked, evaluators, director, can ex press the patient＇s medical history, syndrome and symptoms. To some extent, the using of SP in breast surgery clinical practice can solve the above problems.
