摘  要:艺友制是陶行知推行师范教育的一大发明,也是他的师范教育思想的一大特色。以试验主义的教育思想为指导,实务取向的教师培养模式运作,"教学做合一"的方法创新,教师情意素质的有力支撑,是艺友制能够成功的原因。艺友制对于当今教师教育来是说,既能有效地解决理论与实践脱节的问题,又能促进教师的专业发展,其借鉴和启发意义不容忽视。"Art Mate" was great invention of Tao Xing-zhi's normal education thought, was also his great characteristic in teacher training. Based on experimental education thoughts as the instruction of socialism, practice orientation of teachers" training mode operation, the "teaching method of innovation, unity of affective qualities", is the reasons for the success of teacher education model of "Art Mate". In accordance with the current education system, teachers can effectively solve the problem disconnected from theory and practice, and can promote teachers" professional development. Its reference and enlightening significance should not be underestimated.
