摘　　要：应用权函数方法及Hadamard不等式,建立了一个具有最佳常数因子的、更精确的半离散且非齐次核的Hilbert型不等式,并考虑了它的最佳推广式、等价式、算子表达式,以及一些特殊结果.By estimating the weight functions and using Hadamard~ s inequality, we obtain a more accurate half-discrete Hilbert-type inequality with the non-homogeneous kernel and a best constant factor. Moreover, we also consider its best extension, the equivalent forms and the operator expressions. Some particular cases are given.
