摘　　要：为了提高高职院校专业教师到企业实践锻炼的实效性,在解读国家相关政策文件精神的基础上,调研某高职院校教师企业实践锻炼工作的基础数据,分析目前高职院校专业教师到企业实践的总体现状,探索高职院校专业教师实践锻炼的有效方法,推动教师到企业实践活动的广泛开展。In order to improve the effectiveness of enterprise practice by proifessional teachers in higher vocational colleges, based on the requirements of the relevant policy of the Ministry of Education, by investigating the basic data of a higher vocational college, this paper analyzes the situation of enterprise practice by professional teachers in higher vocational colleges, and researches on some effective ways, hoping to actively promote extensive enterprise practice by professional teachers.
