论电子翻译时代翻译能力的现状与培养

摘　　要：本文简要回顾了机器翻译的历史,分析了电子翻译的现状,提出当今翻译能力中重要的组成部分——翻译技术能力。文章指出电子翻译工具使用中存在的一些问题,并针对性地提出一些对策与建议。The history of machine translation is briefly reviewed.The paper suggests that technical skills should be considered as an important part of translation competence nowadays.Some problems are also discussed concerning the application of electronic translation tools with countermeasures proposed.
