摘　　要：教学团队建设是提高教学质量的有力保证。第四军医大学口腔医学院口腔修复学教研室通过提升教员素质、优化教员结构、丰富教学成果和开展特色教学团队建设等形式建设成了该领域首个国家级教学团队。介绍了该团队建设的几点体会,为其他团队建设工作的开展提供一些思路。Construction of teaching team is a forceful guarantee to improve the quality of teaching. The prosthodontics teaching team of the Fourth Military Medical University School of Stomatology was granted the first state-level teaching team in the fields through improving the quality of teachers, optimizing the structure, enriching the teaching achievements and developing the special construction of teaching team. This article introduces some of the team building experience to provide ideas for other teams.
