摘  要:目前我国高校教师普遍轻视传授知识的学问,教师教学能力发展滞后已成为影响高校教学质量的首要因素。博耶的教学学术理念为高校教师教学发展提供了理论新视角,高校应当大兴崇尚教学学术之风,立足本校教学实践,提高教师教学能力,建立以激励教师潜心教学、钻研教学为导向的教学评价机制,让善于教学的教师以一种乐于教学的心态追求教学卓越。At present, the workers in the higher education commonly ignore the ways to imparting knowledge and the back -lag of teachers' teaching ability has influenced the teaching quality. Boyer's teaching idea provides a new perspective for the teachers' teaching development in universities. The idea holds that the teaching study should be advocated and the teaching ability of teach- ers should be improved. The teaching assessment sytem should be established that teachers must devote themselve to teaching and tbingking ways of teaching so that the teachers who are good at teaching can happily seek a perfect teaching.
