摘　　要：培养建筑学学生的创新能力,以适应现场工程师素质要求。立足应用型本科院校,构建建筑学学生创新团队。通过分析创新团队构建的必要性、重要意义及构建的基本要素,为应用型本科院校建筑学学生创新能力培养提供一种新的途径。Cultivating the innovative ability of architecture students is the demand for fields engineering.So,application-oriented institutes should build the innovation team.Through the analysis of the necessity,importance and the basic elements of building innovation team,the paper provides a new approach to cultivating innovation ability of architecture students inapplication-oriented institutes.
