摘　　要：笔者于2010～2011年临床教学中对312名临床实习生进行问卷调查,了解护理教学中实习学生的实习情况,并提出相关教学方法。本文旨在从学生的角度去了解学生实习需求,发现临床护理教学问题,探讨教学方法,以便提高临床护理教学质量。Researcher surveyed 312 interns between 2010 and 2011 to discover problems existing in nursing education, and to offer strategies against these problems. The goal of this study is to understand students＇ needs during their internship, discover clinical nursing problem, and discuss the teaching methods in order to enhance the quality of clinical nursing education.
