摘  要:商务英语教学既需要注重理论又需要注重实践,但是,一名教师的能力和精力是有限的,"双师结构"商务英语教学团队则可以解决这一难题,将擅长理论、科研和实践的全职、兼职教师有机地组合成一支团队,发挥出教师个体难以发挥出的团队力量,从而提高商务英语教学质量,培养出理论知识和实践经验同样丰富的全面发展的商贸人才。When teaching Business English,teachers should focus on both theory and practice.However,it is difficult to fulfill the requirement due to the limited competence and energy of an individual teacher.A "dual-qualification-structured" business English teaching team is a feasible solution to the problem.In this team,full-time and part-time teachers who specialize in theory or practice or research should be organized jointly so as to develop the power which a single teacher cannot have.The ultimate goal of the team is to improve the teaching quality of Business English as well as to develop the outstanding business talents possessing abundant industrial knowledge and professional experience.
