摘　　要：运用问卷调查和作品分析相结合的方法,对中小学教师的反思进行了实际的调研,据此概括出中小学教师反思的现状、影响因素、特点及层次,并从外部环境支持以及内在阅读提升两个角度详细阐述了改进教师反思的对策。An investigation into reflections of teachers from primary and middle school has been carried on, com- bined with questionnaire survey and work analysis. Thus we can summarize the current situation of those teachers＇ reflections and elaborate countermeasures to improve it from two aspects： external environment support and internal reading elevation.
