摘 要:本实验以"蜜农9号"哈密瓜为实验材料,分别采用白色透气薄膜袋、编织袋、普通聚乙烯食品袋三种袋子对授粉17天后的哈密瓜进行套袋,以不套袋哈密瓜作为对照(CK),研究哈密瓜生长期套袋对其采后品质的影响。实验结果表明,白袋处理可有效延缓哈密瓜硬度、VC、可滴定酸及可溶性固形物含量的下降速度;PE袋抑制了哈密瓜生长过程中类黄酮的合成;编织袋有效抑制了果实失重率的上升;各套袋处理对果形指数影响不明显。" Minong 9 "hami melon as test materials, Hami melon were bagged with white permeability film bags, woven bags,common polyethylene food bags respectively after pollination 17 days,CK was not bagged.The effect of quality of postharvest Hami melon with preharvest bag processing was studied.The result showed that the rate of decline of firmness,Vc ,titratable acid and soluble solids content were restrained by white permeability film bags treatment.The synthesis of flavonoid was restrained in the growth process by common polyethylene food bags treatment.The increase of weight loss rate was suppressed effectively by woven bags treatment.The effect of fruit shapes index was not affected obviously by the three bags treatment.
