摘 要:目的了解南方某市水稻中铅、镉污染状况,进行风险预警。方法按照2011年国家食品安全风险监测计划的要求,随机采集市辖9个区县市的农户自产水稻,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测铅、镉指标。结果在414份水稻中,铅、镉检出率分别为81.9%和99.8%,平均值为0.079和0.154mg/kg,与国标比较,铅、镉超标率分别为3.1%和29.2%。结论该市水稻均有不同程度铅、镉污染,其中镉的污染更广泛,应进一步加强监测,控制污染,保障健康。Objective To investigate the pollution of lead and cadmium in rice in a southern city. Methods According to" 2011 national food safety risk monitoring plan", the samples of rice were collected randomly form 9 counties of the city and lead and cadmium in rice were analyzed by atomic absorption spectrometry. Results Totally 414 samples were de tected. The detection rates of lead and cadmium were 81.9% and 99.8%, the average value of lead and cadmium were 0. 079 mg/kg and 0. 154 mg/kg. Comparing with national standard,the excessive rates of lead and cadmium were 3.1 % and 29.2%. Conclusion The rice of the southern city was polluted by lead and cadmium at different levels. Surveil lance and control of the rice pollution in the city should be strengthened for resident health.
