摘　　要：创新教师培养模式是提高教育质量和人才培养质量的关键,是地方师范院校发展的根本。当前,地方师范院校创新教师培养还存在师资力量薄弱、培养模式单一等问题。为进一步促进地方师范院校的不断发展,应创新教师培养模式,构建沟通式培养模式、随机化培养模式、品牌式培养模式、"体验—提高—创新"一体化培养模式和激励式培养模式。The innovative teacher training model is the key to improving the quality of education and the develop- ment fundamental of the local normal university. Presently, on the innovative teacher training model of the local normal university are the problems such as the weak teachers and the simplistic training model. To further promote the con- tinuous development of the local normal university, we should focus on building the communicative training model, the instant training model, the brand training mode, the integrated training model of ＂experience-improvement-innovation＂ and the incentive training model.
