摘　　要：植物组织培养作为一门新兴技术课程,用传统的课堂教学法教学存在着很多弊端,学生学习过程中带有很大的盲目性,学习的兴趣不高。另一方面受实训条件的限制,学生技能的掌握也更多地停留在课堂实训上,无法真正掌握该技术的核心操作。论文探讨了该课程与企业合作进行教学改革后的效果,引入企业后,使课堂与企业车间有机地进行结合,使教—学—做形成了一个良好的循环。Plant tissue culture as an emerging technology course,there are many disadvantages of traditional classroom teaching methods teaching students in the learning process with a lot of blindness,not interested in learning,on the other hand by the training conditions restrict studentmastery of skills to stay more in the classroom training can not really grasp the core operation of the technology.The thesis of the course and enterprise cooperation effect of teaching reform,the introduction of a corporate to classroom workshops of enterprises organic conducted combined teaching-learning-doing a good cycle.
