摘　　要：独立学院的出现是我国高等教育变革发展中的一种巨大突破,对实现我国高等教育跨越式发展起到了很大的促进作用,但是它的出现并不是国家制度性的安排,而是一种自发的教育市场行为。自独立学院产生之日起,社会各界就对其有泾渭分明的评价。The emergence of independent colleges is a huge breakthrough in the development of China＇s higher education re- form, and it plays a significant role in promoting the realization of our higher education leaps and bounds, but it appears not the na- tional institutional arrangements, but rather a spontaneous be- havior of the education market. From the date of the emergence of independent college, various circles of the society hold entirely different evaluations on it.
