摘　　要：朱生豪与梁实秋都是莎剧的主要译者,但他们的翻译思想不尽相同。本文采取译剧版本对比研究的方法,通过对朱生豪与梁实秋的文学观分析,指出了他们的翻译思想与文学观之间的密切关系,即"文如其人,译如其文"。本文认为,朱生豪追求"神韵",而梁实秋旨在"存真"。二者不同的翻译思想和文学观使各自的译作产生了不同的审美取向。Zhu Shenghao and Liang Shiqiu are the principal translators of Shakespeare＇s plays, but there are many differences and similarities in their translation thoughts. This paper, by a comparative analysis of the literary concept of Zhu Shenghao and Liang Shiqiu, expounds on the close relation between translation thoughts and literary concept, like a saying goes, ＂The writing mirrors the man, and the translation reflects the original writing＂. The paper, therefore, concludes that Zhu Shenghao emphasizes ＂poetic charm＂ in translation, while Liang Shiqiu advocates ＂ faithfulness＂. Different aesthetic orientations are generated due to the different translation thoughts and literary concepts in their translated works.
