摘　　要：送教下乡培训,能有效促进农村地区教育教学改革,提高农村教师教育教学水平,是农村教师继续教育培训的有效手段之一。通过探讨物理送教下乡培训工作的组织策划、课程设置、团队构建、实施管理、特色亮点等,以期通过对培训工作的总结、有效反思与提炼,促进农村地区物理学科教学改革,实现教育均衡发展。The physics teaching sent to the countryside by providing high - quality teaching resources is one of the effective means of continuing edueation and training the rural teachers, which can improve the teaching level of rural teachers. The paper discusses the curriculum, implementation and management, features and eharaeteristics in the training of physics teachers in the countryside, and hopes to promote the effective conduct of the continuing educa- tion of the rural teachers by means of summary, introspection and abstraetion of training in the future.
