摘  要:以企业员工为研究对象,探讨领导风格、任务冲突、员工工作绩效之间的影响关系,同时构建变革型领导、任务冲突、员工工作绩效的理论模型,并指出相应的理论假设。通过问卷调查的方式,在测量工具的信度和效度均得到验证的基础上,应用LISREL8.70软件进行结构方程建模,结果发现:变革型领导与任务冲突正相关;变革型领导与员工的工作绩效正相关;任务冲突与员工工作绩效正相关;任务冲突在变革型领导与员工工作绩效中发挥中介效应。This article chooses employees as research subjects and explores the relationship among the leadership style,task conflict,and job performance.We also attempted to build a theoretical model of transformational leadership,task conflict and employee job performance,and proposed some theoretical assumptions.We collected data by valid questionnaire survey.With verified reliability and validity of the measurement tools,we built structural equation models through the software of LISREL8.70,and found that transformational leadership and task conflict are positively correlated;transformational leadership and employee job performance are positively correlated;task conflict and employee job performance are positively correlated;task conflict plays an intermediary role between the transformational leadership and the employee engagement.
