复合型日语软件人才培养模式研究——以日语教学为中心

摘　　要：针对当今社会对日语软件人才的需求,各高校纷纷探索新型的人才培养模式,即复合型日语软件人才培养模式。本文结合作者多年本专业教学实践,以日语教学为中心,从培养目标、课程设置、校企共建等八方面提出了日语软件人才培养模式的新方案,尤其在课程设置和校企合作方面有所突破。Responding to the demand for Japanese software talents nowadays, universities are probing on new pattern for cultivation of the talents, that is, cultivating pattern for compound talents in Japanese and software. Based on our long years＇ teaching practice in Japanese major and focused on such language teaching practice, we put forward new proposal on cultivating patterns for Japanese software talents, covering eight aspects, including training objective, courses design, cooperation between school and enterprise. We made a breakthrough, especially in last two aspects, namely courses design and cooperation between school and enterprise.
