摘　　要：在扼要回顾淮北一中１９９６－１９９９年素质教育整体改革实验的基础上，总结其做法与特色，并结合实验效果，提出了一些值得思考的问题。Based on a brief survey of the overall reform in quality - oriented education (1996 to 1999) in No. 1 Middle School of Huaibei City, the paper explains the general practice and some features and raises some questions worth thinking with reference to the effects of the experiment.
