摘　　要：中等和高等职业教育人才培养目标定位,是探索系统培养技能型人才、推进中等和高等职业教育协调发展的逻辑起点。培养目标定位要贯彻职业教育国家政策,要适应国家职业资格体系、应用型人才类型和职业生涯成长路径。中高职教育要坚持差异性、层次性的培养目标定位,才能解决好中高职教育中专业设置衔接、课程体系衔接、职业资格证书衔接等诸多问题。The orientation of talent cultivation objectives of secondary and higher vocational education is the logical origin of exploring to cultivate skilled talents systematically and promoting secondary and higher vocational education to develop concordantly. The orientation of talent cultivation objectives should not only carry out national vocational education poli- cies, but also adapt to national vocational qualification system, application-oriented talents and career growth path. Only secondary and higher vocational education stick to the cultivation objective orientation that has diversity and hierarchy, can the problems of secondary and higher vocational education such as the linkage of specialties setting, linkage of curric- ulum system and linkage of vocational qualification certificates be solved.
