摘　　要：设计了一种基于模糊自整定PID的再流焊设备温度的自动调节系统。采用西门子S7-200 PLC作为现场控制器,接收各类传感信息的输入,通过与VB开发的组态工程上位机进行数据通信,自动地实现了热风机、加热丝、冷风机和抽风机等设备的精密控制。该系统用于无锡商业职业技术学院"SMT教学工厂"的生产线实际运行显示,系统控温精度高,自调整能力强,运行稳定。An automatic temperature control system for the solder-reflow was developed based on the parameters self-tuning fuzzy PID algorithm according to the device＇s control requirements. The PLC was used as a field controller, which can mainly receive the input of the sensors in the system. The type of PLC was CPU226 in series of S7-200. The host configuration software was developed with VB language. By the communication between the configuration software and the PLC, the system can control these devices such as hot air generator, cold air generator and heater filament exactly. The system was running in the production line of the SMT teaching factory in Wuxi Commerce of Institute. By running, the system＇s control accuracy is high, and the self-adiusting ability is strong. The system runs steadilv.
