摘 要:高科技企业高技术密集度的核心特征决定了对其高科技人才贡献的高依存度,员工对其个体可行能力发展机会的需求,导致了二者之间出现了悖论。为进一步推进高科技企业与员工参与的协同性发展效应的实现,通过文献分析发现,发挥高科技企业领导力的作用,将为未来高科技企业与员工参与协同效应的实现,起到良好的推动作用。With the coming of knowledge economy, high - tech enterprise is playing a more and more crucial role during Chinese economic and social development. However, the core characteristics of high technology intensity mean high - tech enterprises largely depend on high - tech talents who have great demand on individual development. This may lead to the paradox between them. In order to further promote high - tech enterprise and employee participation in the collabora- tive development, through literature analysis, the paper concludes that if the high - tech enterprises play the role of lead- ership, it will promote the realization of the synergy effects by future high - teeh enterprises and employees.
