摘 要:采用了低能N^+离子注入技术,以枯草芽孢杆菌BI1为出发菌株,进行诱变选育高产抑制白色念珠菌物质菌株。研究了不同注入剂量对存活率和正突变率的影响,结果表明,菌株存活率曲线为典型的马鞍型剂量-效应曲线,且在马鞍形区域内具有较高的正突变率。并获得一株抗菌物质高产菌,命名为枯草芽孢杆菌BI1-1。与出发菌株相比,透明圈直径达到35.5 mm,比诱变前的24mm提高了47.92%。Bacillus subtilis BI1 was implanted with 30keV N+ ion beam to breed mutants of high yield of substance against Candida albicans. The effects of the nitrogen ion implantation on the survival and positive mutation rate were investigated. The results indicated that the survival rate curve appeared a " saddle" shape and high positive mutation rate occurred in this region. The mutant strain designated as B. subtilis BII-1 with higher yield of antimicrobial substance was obtained.Compared with the original strain, its diameter of inhibition zone from 24 mm to 35.5 mm was increased by 47.92%.
