摘 要:在单一酶酶解试验的基础上,进行复合酶酶解试验。采用不同用量的复合酶分别对不同类型的烟梗物料(完整烟梗、烟梗丝、烟梗粉末)进行酶解,通过检测酶解前后果胶酸、还原糖、淀粉等物质的量来判断酶解效果。结果表明:在同一料水比条件下酶解烟梗丝、烟梗粉末及完整烟梗后,以复合酶2酶解烟梗丝分解果胶质的效果最好,其果胶质的降解率为19.85%;以复合酶3酶解烟梗丝,其还原糖含量增加率最大为36.18%;以复合酶3降解烟梗粉末中的淀粉效果最好,其降解率达到37.14%。实验结果表明,从烟梗物料的形态来看,烟梗丝及烟梗粉末的酶解效果较理想,而对形体较大的完整烟梗的酶解效果较差。Based on experiment of enzymatic hydrolysis of cut-stems by using single enzyme, the intact tobacco stem, cut- stems and stem powders were hydrolyzed by compound enzyme preparations. The contents of pectin, reducing sugar, starch and so on were detected to evaluate the effects of enzyme-hydrolysis. The analytical results showed that in the same ratio of material to water, the compound enzyme No. 2 hydrolyzed mostly the pectin of the cut-stems with the highest degra- dation rate of 19.85% ; the cut-stems were hydrolyzed by the compound enzyme No. 3 with the highest reducing sugar of 36.18% ; and the compound enzyme No. 3 hydrolyzed mostly the starch of the stem powder with the highest degradation rate of 37.14%. In terms of particle sizes of the tobacco stems, the effects of enzyme-hydrolysis on cut stem, stem powder were better than that on intact stem.
