摘  要:文章梳理出新疆双语教师队伍建设中的三个主要问题:双语教师增长与学生规模增长速度不相吻合,教师数量整体短缺;重视培训忽视培养,难以从源头上解决双语教师质量问题;教师民族结构较为单一,不利于双语双文化人培养。并提出控制发展规模,以合格教师数量确定学生规模;重视培养与完善培训;确定合格双语教师入职条件;明确双语教师队伍建设原则等对策。This paper noted there are three problem on construction of bilingual teachers in Xinjiang.First,the increasing speed of quantity of bilingual teacher is not match that of student.Secondly,the construction of teacher pay more attention to training than cultivation,it is difficult to improve quality of teacher in headstream.Third,national structure of teachers is not reasonable,count against cultivate bilingual and dual-cultures student.The author recommend that controls the scale of bilingual teaching,fixes the quantity of student accordance with numbers of qualified teacher;pays more attention to cultivation and promote training;confirms entrance qualification of bilingual teacher;states clearly principles of construction of bilingual teachers.
