论民办高职院校“双师”素质教师队伍建设

摘　　要：高等职业教育的核心是要培养面向生产、建设、服务和管理第一线需要的高素质技能型人才。高职院校的毕业生不光要具有一定的理论水平,更重要的是要具有很强的实践操作技能,这就要求高职院校必须要加强"双师"素质教师队伍的建设力度。就目前而言,"双师"素质教师队伍的建设仍存在很多问题,本文将从"双师"素质教师内涵、建设现状、存在问题等几个方面进行分析,进一步提出加强民办高职院校"双师"素质教师队伍建设的有效措施,希望能为民办高职院校的"双师"素质教师队伍建设做出有益探索。The core of higher vocational education is to cultivate first-line high-quality skilled talents for the society.High vocational graduates should not only possess certain theoretical knowledge,but also strong practical skills,which requires higher vocational colleges strengthen the construction of ＂double-quality＂ teaching staff.At present,there still exist many problems in the construction of ＂double-quality＂ teaching staff.This paper analyzes from the following aspects：the connotation of ＂double quality＂ teacher,the present construction situation,and existing problems,and then further proposes effective measures to strengthen the construction of ＂double-quality＂ teaching staff in private higher vocational colleges,hoping to make beneficial exploration for the construction of ＂double-quality＂ teaching staff in private higher vocational colleges.
