摘　　要：探讨了影响教师职业角色定位的因素和现代教师职业角色内涵,分析教师产生角色压力和职业倦怠的原因,提出了压力调适的应对策略。希望对教师职业生涯规划和身心健康发展有促进意义。This paper discusses the factors influencing the professional role positioning of teachers and the professional role connotation of modern teachers,and analyzes the reasons of teachers＇ role stress and job burnout and proposes countermeasures for adapting stresses.The writer hopes it of positive significance for the career planning and healthy development of the minds and bodies of the teachers.
