摘　　要：微生物学实验作为微生物教学体系中的重要组成部分,是加深学生对理论知识的理解,提高学生动手操作能力的重要手段。本文从开放实验室、增加综合性实验,建立兴趣小组参与实践项目、建立有效实验考评体系四个方面对微生物学实验教学改革进行探讨,以期培养出符合社会需求的应用型人才。As an important part of the microorganisms in the educational system,experiment of microbiology is to deepen students＇ understanding of the theoretical knowledge,also it is an important means to enhance students＇ operating ability.This paper discusses the reform of microbiology experiment teaching in the following 4 aspects：opening laboratory,increase comprehensive experiments,establish interest groups involved in practice project and establish an effective experimental evaluation system so as to meet the social needs with training applied talents.
