摘　　要：面向高师英教专业学生就业形势、小学教师岗位设置以及小学全科教师需求,提出英教专业基础教育主辅修制培养模式,以提高小学教师的综合素质,满足高师培养复合型人才的要求。In order to meet the need of the present employment situation, the requirement of the recruiting post and all-subjects teachers of primary schools, the training pattern of the major and subsidiary course system of English Education on the Primary Education is set up,which aims to improve the compound quality of the primary school teachers and meet the demand of the compound talents.
