摘  要:创新意识培养是以培养创新人才为价值取向的素质教育,教学创新是实施创新意识培养的基本途径。工科大学化学教学应根据学科特点,寻找突破口,有目的有重点地培养学生的创新意识和能力。本文结合自身的教学经验和体会,从更新教学观念、改进课堂教学方法、创造良好学习氛围、培养科研思维四个方面对大学刚入学新生创新意识的培养做了初步探讨。The training of innovation consciousness is quality education with innovative talent cultivation as the value orientation,while teaching innovation is the basic way of carrying out innovation consciousness training.The teaching of engineering "College Chemistry" should be based on subject characteristics,and search breach,so as to purposeful train students' innovation consciousness and ability.This paper unifies the writer's own teaching experience,and preliminary discusses the cultivation of college freshmen's innovation consciousness from the following four aspects:renewing teaching ideas,improving class teaching methods,creating a good learning atmosphere and cultivating the thinking of scientific research.
