浅析高职院校礼仪课程的教学与实践

摘　　要：在东西方文化融合,现代文明高速发展的今天,社交礼仪的技能和素养作为一种个人能力得到了越来越多的重视,礼仪课程在高等职业技术教育中的必要性也日益突出。本文解释了礼仪的含义和其在高职院校中教学的基本内容,并就高职院校人文素质教育现状和存在的问题,分析了素质教育中礼仪课程的跨学科整合的可能性,提出礼仪课程理论讲授与各专业的行为实践相结合的教学思路和方法,为高职院校礼仪课程的推广和改革,乃至素质教育体系的深入和完善提供了一些建设性意见。In the East-West cultural integration and the rapid development of modern civilization,social etiquette skills and literacy,as a personal ability,has got more and more attention,so the necessity of etiquette course in vocational and technical education has become increasingly prominent.This article explains the meaning of etiquette and its teaching in vocational colleges,analyzes the possibility of cross-disciplinary integration of quality education in etiquette course,and proposes the teaching idea and method of integrating various majors with etiquette course,so as to provide some suggestions on the promotion and reform of etiquette course,as well as the deepening and perfection of quality.
