行为矫正技术在儿童多动症治疗中的应用

摘　　要：行为矫正技术是通过开展和实施某些程序和方法来帮助人们改变其行为的一系列客观而系统的方法。通过行为矫正可以建立和增加让人满意的行为(希望行为)或者减少和消除让人不愉快的行为(问题行为)。儿童多动症是一种比较常见的儿童行为异常问题,主要以活动过度、注意集中困难和行为冲动为主要症状。本文首先介绍了行为矫正技术和多动症,然后着重分析了如何使用行为强化、行为消失和罚时出局等行为矫正技术治疗和改变儿童的多动症。Behavior modification technique is a series of systematic methods to help a person change his act through some programs and methods.Through behavior modification, satisfying acts can be increased and unpleasant acts can be decreased. ADHD is a common abnormal problem of children with such symptoms as excessive acts, not concentrating and impulsive behaviors. This paper firstly introduces behavior modification technique and ADHD, and then analyzes how to treat ADHD with behavior enhancement,act disappearance and punishment.
