高职院校职业价值观的教育改革探析

摘　　要：随着我国职业教育的不断发展,高职生源数量的增多,学生的就业形势仍旧十分严峻。在学习专业知识的时候结合职业价值观教育,能够保证高职院校人才培养的质量。本文分析了职业价值观的定义及当前高职院校职业价值观的教育现状,提出了职业价值观教育的改革措施。With the continuous development of China＇s vocational education,higher vocational college students are more and more,leading to a severe employment situation.To connect the education of occupation value with professional knowledge can ensure the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational college.This paper analyzes the definition of occupation value and the current situation of occupation value education in higher vocational college,and then proposes measures for its reform.
