摘 要:高师院校承担着培养基础教育师资的任务。从顺应基础教育改革与发展的要求来看,高师院校在教师教育类课程设置及教育实践环节上还存在着一些问题。教师教育类课程应在四个方面进行改革与创新:教师教育类课程目标应突出体现教师职业的专业性;课程设置要注重专业性与学术性的统一;优化教师教育类课程结构;切实采取行之有效的措施,加强师范生的教育实践。The normal university undertakes the task of training elementary teachers, while it still exists some prob- lems in the teachers' education curriculum building and the education practice link. From the requirement of con- forming to the development of the elementary education reform, teachers' education curriculum should reform and innovate constantly in normal university : the goal of teachers' education curriculum should highlight professionalism of the teaching profession, the offering and content of the curriculum should notice the unification between profes- sional and academic, optimize the structure of teachers' education courses, and earnestly adopt effective measures to strengthen normal students' education practice.
