摘 要:推导了带平衡悬架三轴商用车的平顺性和操纵稳定性运动方程,采用半车模型分析平顺性,采用三自由度模型分析操纵稳定性.选取10个优化变量,并运用社区培养遗传算法(NCGA)对各模型进行了多目标优化,用蛛网图法将10个Pareto有效解直观地表示出来.根据目标极值法、目标均衡法、理想值法、单目标最优法这4种不同的设计需求标准,从10个Pareto有效解中筛选出4种不同的优化方案,有效地提高了整车的平顺性和操纵稳定性.Both motion equations describing ride and handling characteristics of tri-axle commercial ve- hicle with tandem suspension were derived respectively. Half-vehicle model was used to analyze ride. 3-DOF model was used to analyze handling. 10 parameters were chosen and NCGA (neighborhood cultivation genetic algorithm) was selected to optimize the commercial vehicle. 10 pareto solutions were shown straightforwardly by spider graph and according to different design requirements, 4 dif- ferent design schemes were proposed, which greatly improve the ride and handling characteristic of the full vehicle.
