摘　　要：目前,中医药院校的医学生普遍存在重视专业技能提高,在一定程度上忽视了人文素质培养;对现代医学目的认识不足;服务意识欠缺,缺乏主动沟通意识;缺乏沟通技巧,沟通能力不足等现象,这是导致医患沟通不畅的主要原因。为了提高医学生医患沟通能力,应从加强医学人文教育,重塑医学人文精神,弘扬传统医学"医乃仁术"的职业伦理精神,帮助医学生树立信心,有针对性的进行医患沟通技能的培训,加强沟通能力训练等方面入手。At present, the medical students in traditional Uhmnese medicine umversmes always pay more atten tion to the improvement of professional skills, ignoring the training of humanistic quality to a certain extent, leading to the deficiency of the cognition of modem medicine purpose, service consciousness, awareness of active communi cation and communication skills, which is the main reason why doctor patient communication is becoming so suf fering. Thus, to improve doctor - patient communication skills among medical students, it is a necessity to strength the education of medical humanities, nevolence＂, build confidence among reshape medical humanism, promote the traditional ethics of ＂Doctors of Be- medical students, carry out a targeted communicational abilities and so forth. training of communication skills and
