摘 要:纠错是一种思维模式,又是一种能调动学生参与教学积极性,锻炼思维能力的方法。为了解纠错教学法在内科病例讨论中的应用效果。随机选取两组实习学生,交叉接受普通教学法和纠错教学法的病例讨论教学,全体学生参加满意度问卷调查。学生的主动参与性,辨别病情能力,临床思维能力及对教学的总体满意度,问卷显示纠错教学法优于普通教学法(P<0.05)。对认识疾病认识深度,两种教学方法差异未显示明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。纠错教学方法是一种受学生欢迎的临床实用的教学方法。Error correction is not only a kind of thinking mode, but also a teaching method mobilizing students' enthusiasm of participation and training their thinking ability. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the effect of error correction method in case discussion. Error correction pedagogy and the oonventional teaching approach were crossed adopted in the interns who were randomly divided into two respective groups. All enrolled students participated in the satisfaction questionnaire of the two teaching methods. The result of the investigation demonstrates that Er- ror correction pedagogy is superior to conventional method in stimulating students' initiative, improving their diagnostic skill, training their clinical thinking ability and their overall satisfaction ( P 〈 0.05). No statistical differences were found in degree of understanding diseases be- tween the two methods. Anyway, error correction pedagogy is a practical teaching method which is popular among students.
