摘　　要：人力资源管理是企业管理的重要组成部分,对企业的发展举足轻重,而激励更成为帮助企业实现管理目标的重要方式。笔者结合管理工作实际,阐述打破传统思维定势,创新使用现代多样化的激励方式的重要性。Human resource management is an important part of enterprise management, and incentive mech-anism is an important way to help enterprise realize the management targets. Combined with practical work of the management, this paper expounds the significance to break the traditional thinking and use innova-tively modem diversified incentive modes.
