摘　　要：人才培养模式是高职教育的重要组成部分,面向区域经济建设要求开展人才培养模式改革则是高职教育的本质要求与高职教育特色的具体体现。从人才培养定位、人才培养标准、人才培养条件、人才培养运行、人才培养评价五个方面,论述了高职人才培养模式如何与区域经济相关联,以期对高职人才培养模式改革进行探索。Talent training mode is an important part of higher vocational education. Talent training mode reform of higher vocational edu- cation oriented to the regional economic development is the essential requirements of higher vocational education and the embodiment of characteristics. This paper discusses how the higher vocational education mode is related to the regional economy in the light of the tal- ent cultivation orientation, training standards, talent cultivation condition, talent cultivation operation and talent training evaluation so as to explore the reform of talent cultivation mode.
