摘　　要：在高校图书馆工作中运用主体间性理论并建立主体间性下高校图书馆的和谐模式,是高校图书馆在当今提倡和谐社会和以人为本服务理念的形势下,促进图书馆的和谐发展,体现图书馆文化最终价值的表现。The paper apply the inter subjectivity theory in university library work and establish the harmonious mode of university library base on inter subjectivity. It is the specific performance about promote the library harmonious development and the ultimate value of library culture in the situation of today＇s advocate a harmonious society and people-oriented service concept.
