摘　　要：莲雾果实采后不耐贮运,制约了中国莲雾产业的发展。本文就国内外莲雾果实采收、采后冷激、涂膜、紫外线、钴60辐照、一氧化氮等果实采后处理技术及包装、贮藏保鲜技术的研究进展情况作了综述并进行展望。The development of wax-apple （ restricted due to the difficulty in fresh-keeping paper gives review and prospect on wax-apple treatment, coating, ultraviolet irradiation, 60 Co Syzygium samarangense Merr. et Perry） production in China is of the wax-apple fruits during storage and transportation. This frui~ harvesting, postharvest handling methods including cold irradiation, NO treatment, and postharvest packaging, storageand fresh-keeping methods.
