摘  要:文章以南通职业大学连锁经营与管理专业为例,探讨了该专业"242工学交替"人才培养模式,认为要成功实施该人才培养模式,必须要抓好教学计划制定、新型课程体系和课程标准构建、"双师"型教师队伍建设和顶岗实习环节质量把握等四个要点,其中顶岗实习环节质量把握是实施的重点和难点问题。This study mainly explored the combination of working and learning in "242" mode by taking the example from the major of chain operation management,Nantong Vocational College.It was considered that the successful personnel training mode should be depended on the following four points:the teaching plan,the construction of the new course system and the curriculum standards,the construction of "double-quality" teaching-staff,and the quality of working-practice,of which the quality of working-practice is the key and difficult problem.
