摘　　要：中国与东盟合作的不断深化,对广西的人才提出了越来越高的要求,高职高专文秘毕业生作为中国—东盟合作所需人才的重要组成部分,亟须推进课程改革以提高文秘人才的综合素质。文章认为,应在高职高专文秘专业中增加中国文化、东盟文化课程课时量,增设英语课程,创新校企合作办学模式。With the deepening of China-ASEAN cooperation, higher and higher requirements on the talents of Guangxi, vocational secretarial graduates as an important part of China - ASEAN cooperation required talent, urgent need for promo ting the curriculum reform to improve overall quality of the secretarial talents. The article believes that the amount of hours of Chinese culture courses and ASEAN cultural courses in higher vocational secretarial profession should be increased, ad dition of English language courses, innovative school-enterprise cooperative education mode.
