摘　　要：微格教学是师范生走上实习和工作岗位以前,必须进行的思想及技术训练。要做好这项工作,首先要从思想上高度重视,然后要夯实基础,注重基本素质训练。科学、严谨的教学计划和强大的师资是必要条件,完善的教学质量考核体系也必不可少。管理工作是所有教学工作的灵魂,管理者既是教学工作的指导者,同时也是监督者,只有细化管理,科学考评,微格教学的质量才能得到有效保障。Microteaching used to be an important part in ideas and technical training, that must be carded out when the students go to outdoor practice and undertaking jobs. To do this job, great importance attention must be attached on the ideas. They must be sure to tamp the foundation, focus on basic literacy training. Surely, it is a necessary condition that there are scientific, rigorous teaching plan and enough and excellent teachers. Improving the teaching quality assessment system is also essential. Management is the soul of all teaching works, the managers are not only the mentors but also the supervisors of the teaching works. Only having fine-grained management, appraisal, the quality of microteaching can be effectively guaranteed.
