面对特殊挑战,建立《医学微生物学》实验课程新体系

摘　　要：为适应医学教育的发展和社会对新型医学人才的需要,以及配合北京大学医学部"新途径"教育教学改革模式,北京大学基础医学院病原生物学系根据国家相关政策法规的要求、自身的专业特点和发展,对医学微生物学实验课程进行了一系列的改革尝试,对实验教学内容进行及时梳理调整、更新和优化。在强化本专业特有的基本验证性实验的基础上,注重与相关学科交叉融合,开设了不同层次的综合性实验,建立了既能兼顾本专业特色,又与目前医学教育发展相适应的新型实验课程体系,并配套建设了生物安全二级(BSL-2+)教学准备实验室和实验课教学电子化、信息化模式,在现有的基础上尽可能使微生物学教学实验室符合国家政策法规的要求。"新途径"教改框架下医学微生物学实验课程体系的建立与实践,是在当前形势下微生物学实验课面对国家法规要求、适应本专业实验教学自身发展和新型人才培养等方面进行了有益探索。To advance medical education and meet the need to foster new medical personnel,attempts were made by the Department of Microbiology and Parasitology of Peking University to revise the medical microbiology lab course system in line with educational reforms（＂New Approaches＂） of Peking University＇s Health Science Center.This was done to adjust,update,and optimize the current lab course curriculum in accordance with the requirements of relevant national policies and regulations and aspects of the medical profession.On the basis of enhanced empirical labs specific to medical microbiology,emphasis was placed on integrating relevant disciplines and a comprehensive lab curriculum was designed with different levels.The new system of lab courses is suited to aspects of the medical profession and current developments in medical education.In addition,a preliminary lab course in biosafety（BSL-2＋） was designed and digital and web technology will be used to teach lab courses on their existing basis to meet the requirements of national policies and regulations as much as possible.The establishment and implementation of a new system of lab courses in medical microbiology were achieved under the framework of the ＂New Approaches＂ model of teaching reform.This format may facilitate aspects such as meeting the requirements of national regulations,developing lab courses tailored to medical students,and fostering new medical personnel.
